This totally private oceanfront house is located in Sooke at Otter Point, just 50 minutes from downtown Victoria (rated the # 7 city in the world by Condo Nast Magazine). It is situated on over an acre in a totally secluded natural setting. The custom built Lindal Cedar Home has a private 500 foot low bank beach nested between two headlands. Enjoy spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains across the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The secluded beach has caves to explore, blow holes as well as tidal pools. The house has a large sun deck with barbecue overlooking the ever changing seascape. Discover Orca Whales, sea otters playing in the surf, seals, sea lions, eagles and an abundance of other bird life.





This unique West Coast home features an open style living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all with stunning views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor as well as a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. Sit back and relax with Stereo, TV, VCR and selection of movies and games. On the lower level in the TV room, there is also a sofa bed for additional guests. The upstairs loft has two queen beds, with built in book shelves and privacy curtains; the children will just love this area! The house will sleep 10 comfortably.
